Newly updated and decorated 3 bed and 2 bath home on large lot, new kitchen appliances, new AC and Heat Pump, 16x32 solar heated pool with large screen enclosure, large master bath with shower and bathtub, outdoor fridge, office, laptop computer and printer, high speed WIFI, 11.1 home theater sound system with outdoor speakers, Cable TV, 4 large glass slider doors open house up to pool enclosure, pet friendly and porcelain tile throughout home and pavers around pool and driveways. Large circle drive in front for longer vehicles or trailers and nice neighborhood for morning walks or evening sunsets. Whole house backup Generator too; limited circuits but will run A/C units, TVs, lighting and microwave. Only 15 minutes to Legoland, less than an hour to Tampa or Orlando, 1-1/2 hours to either Cocoa Beach east (Atlantic) or Clearwater west coast (Gulf). This is our personal residence when we’re not in Maine or in the motor home so it is well taken care of and everything works. ALSO THIS PROPERTY WILL NOT BE LISTED ON CRAIGSLIST!
