Summary: Serene and beautiful place to stay in Carmel-by-the-Sea, where you can wake up to the sound of crashing waves. Our room was spacious for 2, with great amenities (comfortable bed, updated bathroom with bidet/Le Labo amenities/soaking tub, yummy snacks and in room espresso/coffee machine, and small private outdoor sitting area). The property itself is beautiful and a great place to relax, with a stunning lobby/bar and multiple secluded fire pits to enjoy. The included breakfast (which you can enjoy from your room in bed, if desired!), was all sourced locally and very delicious. However, the best part of the property is definitely the service -- everyone working there was friendly, helpful, and knew all the guests by name -- they truly went above and beyond to make our stay a special one. Would love to stay again next time when in Carmel!
