Summary: We were optimistic about our stay at this home and it surpassed our expectations. We had a family trip including children as young as 2 and grandparents as old as 70. The house had plenty of room, was clean and orderly. There were many “extras” available if needed including a baby bathing seat, booster seats, pack n play crib, etc. The kids were never short of activities. They enjoyed the garage “game room” which had many fun activities and was climate controlled. Bonus they had a peloton bike there, and even a few sizes of shoes that happened to fit my wife and I. We did nightly movie nights in the basement theatre. Technology all worked as planned and they had instructions for any of the more complicated tech equipment. The kitchen was stocked with anything we may have needed. We grilled several evenings and there was an extra propane tank, even though we didn’t need it. Nice kitchen range, microwave, air fryer / toaster, and utensils. The highest level rooms did get warm, but it was also over 100 multiple days we were in Kansas City. They had ample fans supplied that can be placed where needed in the house. The check in was smooth, check out was easy with minimal checklist to do. The location was 15-30 minutes from all of our main activities. Bonus there was a gas station near and a Walmart neighborhood very near for any grocery needs.Overall this was a great spot for our family trip and we recommend particularly for families and large family groups!
