The space
This is a 2 bedroom with an Office, 2 1/2 bathroom, single story home with mountain views throughout. It offers a stocked kitchen for meal preparation and dining. Our dining table sits 6 people. Exterior dining arrangements are offered at the back patio, with more seating around it. There is a bocce court and fenced in lawn for guests to enjoy.
Guest access
Practically the whole inside of the house is for the registered guests to enjoy. There are up to 5 approved parking spots in the driveway. If the guest prefers to park inside the garage, there is 1 car space and the garage door must be opened & closed from the inside. The other half of the garage are owners belongings. A separate fenced locked yard to the side of the home is reserved for the owners personal property.
Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property indoors or outdoors. This is a strict no-smoking property located in a fire-prone area with dry vegetation.
Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate eviction.
No Open Flames or Charcoal Grilling are allowed on the premises due to fire safety regulations. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property and surrounding area safe.
