Summary: The Positives - Hosts were very responsive and provided a nice welcome basket of snacks/waters/wine. Unit is roomy and was clean. Location in Montara was convenient for my events in Pacifica and Half Moon Bay. Check in and check out very easy with lock box by door.Negatives - The kitchen isn't really a kitchen, just a corner of living room with microwave, small refrigerator and nice paper supplies, coffee maker. However no sink, only sink is in the bathroom. The unit is very close to Highway one so there is traffic noise. Also, my second night was quite loud with noise from the rest of the house (shares common walls and is under a bathroom and maybe bedroom?) I could hear conversations, TV, toilet flushing etc. And as noted in earlier review, driveway/walkway to unit is uneven and gravel, and pretty dark at night until the unit's porch light kicks on.
