We also welcome children and can offer sleeping pads and bedding upon request. in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home features fenced & gated off-street parking w/plenty of surrounding trees.
This space is perfect for travelers who want to explore the beautiful surrounding area and return to a cozy, comfortable place to unwind.

The room is furnished with a queen bed, TV, fireplace with an electric insert, table, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, utensils and plate ware. There is an attached private bathroom with bathtub and closet space for your belongings. You may enjoy the views from a private deck on the outside of your private entrance.
You access the room via a private entrance to the rear of the house. There are 3 stairway steps in order to access the sliding glass door entrance. There is direct hiking and mountain biking access from the unit. Just ask hosts for details about the trails.
Although we live in the home, we will not be available in person.

We are ideally situated in the heart of some of the region's best single track mountain biking straight out of the driveway. Five minutes to Capitola beach and village. For surfers, we are just minutes from The Hook and world class Pleasure Point. Fifteen minutes to downtown Santa Cruz.
One-half mile from bus lines that take you throughout the entire county. Approximately one mile from Cabrillo Community College. Plenty of parking.
