It is the perfect space for entertaining or simply enjoying time with the family. The ceiling has been recently re-done and has a gorgeous repurposed white wash finish. There is a very large solid wood dining table that seats 8 comfortably and extra seating area at the bar right off the kitchen. The kitchen is a chef's ultimate dream! It comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a top of the line 6 range gas burner stove. In the seating area, there is a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Watch one of Santa Cruz's famous sunsets at the round table in the breakfast nook. From here there is deck with a full size patio table that seats 6 and a propane BBQ. On the last floor is where you will find all four of the full size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom, and a corner sitting area with a papasan chair and it's very own private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with tropical bedding. The third bedroom has a king size bed, small quaint corner desk, and plenty of natural light from the skylight. The last bedroom has a Hollywood bunk bed which is perfect for accommodating the kids. In addition to all of the great features this home offers, there is a built in washer and dryer.
