BEDROOM 1 Up Stairs, The GALVESTON room, is a dorm bedroom, having 2 double beds, and 2 single beds. TV , USB connections. Slider gives these bedroom dwellers lake view and access to an outside deck with seating. Attached bathroom has tub/shower.
BEDROOM 2 The WOODLANDS has a queen bed, large tv, USB plug ins. Designated bathroom, with tub/shower. The slider gives guest access to upper deck with unobstructed views of the lake. Seating offers a place to enjoy morning coffee and/or a late night sip in a serenely peaceful setting.
BEDROOM 3. FORT WORTH room , 2 full size beds comes equipped with aTV and attached bath with shower and double sinks. The bathroom has a door to an outside landing for relaxing while viewing the lake.
BEDROOM 4 downstairs, the AUSTIN features a king size bed, a slider for deck access and comfy seating, and amid the shade trees is a wonderful view of the lake. Large TV , windows offer lots of natural light. USB ports for your devices. Attached bathroom has shower/tub.
All bedrooms and baths come with linens.
KITCHEN An island for prep space, good amount of counter space with the highlight being a Coffee and Wine bar. Plenty of utensils for preparing and serving a complete meal. Large griddle, waffle iron, ice cream maker, toaster, a Keurig coffee maker and French coffee press, an air fryer and a blender. Specialty drinks for holiday or special occasion can be served in the family sized drink dispenser. Kitchen linens provided.
LIVING AREA. A large sectional will seat the family for movie night or when that important game is on. A bank of windows on either side offers lots of natural light.
DINING ROOM The spacious yet cozy room makes you focus immediately on a window wall, with, of course a view of the lake, with a slider plus a back door provides easy access to the deck. The Farmhouse Table seats 12.
LOWER DECK . Table for outdoor dining, plenty of seating, and a duo charcoal/gas grill for that fish dinner. We have an outdoor pizza oven, and also complete system for a crab/shrimp boil., easily serving 12.
SCREENED IN PORCH: Off the master bedroom/dining room…. Dining table and lounging furniture.
UPPER DECK. Outdoor Access from the upstairs deck to lake and yard.
When day is done, a fire pit with seating offers the perfect spot to enjoy s’mores.
