This is one of the most beautifully situated ocean bluff properties in Bolinas----a town rich in character and history within walking distance of everything you need. You can watch the sunrise from the house or sit out on "the perch" to watch the surfers and seals below, or the ships in the distance on their way to and from San Francisco. Hawks, egrets, and blue herons are common sights as are deer and fox. Beachcombers walk the beaches below. Thousands of acres of protected open space surround Bolinas. The garden surrounding the house includes a badminton court, flowers, fruit trees and a trampoline with places to walk and sit. The beach and town are a short walk and a 24-hour organic produce stand is a long walk or short drive from the house, operating on the honor system.
