The Space:

With sweeping, unobstructed views of the Monterey Bay, this private retreat offers the perfect blend of seaside tranquility and resort-style comfort.
The villa features a wide-open floor plan that connects the fully stocked kitchen to the spacious family room, all framed by wall-to-wall windows that bring the ocean right into your living space. The kitchen boasts an oversized marble island with bar seating, ideal for gathering with family and friends, preparing meals, or enjoying a casual breakfast with a view.
The family room offers comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of space to relax, play games, or unwind after a day on the beach. Both bedrooms are generously sized, with comfortable beds, ample closet and dresser space, TVs, and cozy sitting chairs. The primary suite features its own private ocean-view patio with a table and chairs—perfect for sipping coffee while watching the waves crash below or sharing a glass of wine at sunset.
Both bathrooms are designed with step-in marble showers, including one oversized shower perfect for spreading out or enjoying a romantic shower for two. A stackable washer and dryer provide added convenience for longer stays.

Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property is on lockbox and accessible anytime. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via you booking platform's messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters. Build a fire on the sand! Its one of the few California beaches you can still do this-supplies are available at the Village across the street.

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10-minute drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
This is a single-story unit located on the first floor.
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar are available for dine in or pick-up. North Bluff pool and hot tub is accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit.
Use of bike rentals and the full gym are available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.
Concierge services, front desk services, access to golf carts are not available to private renters.
$250 Bonfires booked through the front desk in the cement pits on the beach are not available, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand - supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area.
NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
