Likewise, any damage or loss to personal property caused by or related to the use of the Swimming Pool, its facilities, and its use. Further, I hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Swimming Pool owner from any claims, demands, damages, and costs arising out of negligence resulting to loss, injuries, illnesses, or death. Finally, I recognize and fully understand and acknowledge the information above. By agreeing to rent, I expressly declare that I am of legal age and that I am aware of the full contents of this waiver and I am legally accountable to any effects of this Release.
