Only minutes from award winning food and shopping in downtown Healdsburg, it’s within easy walking or bicycling distance of tasting rooms at J, Rodney Strong and other acclaimed Sonoma wineries.
Elegantly appointed, with new subway tiled kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and matte black fixtures throughout, the 3-bedroom, 2-bath (+ heated outdoor shower), luxury cottage overlooks a 40-foot, heated pool (please reference heating rates). Gracefully spaced steps span the entire front of the pool so you can lounge in shallow water enjoying a drink, reading, or simply admiring the view. Outdoor teak table and 4 burner gas grill for al fresco dining. Enhance your enjoyment by playing outdoor Foosball on our vast deck or classic French Pentanque (similar to Bocce) on the court nestled between the vineyard and pool.
Our Malbec vineyard frames the entrance to our special home. Pear, apricot, fig, pomegranate, and walnut trees grace the two acre expanse. Indigenous native oak trees circle the property, with six free range calves across the creek on our neighbor's land. Our private outdoor shower is housed in an Instagram favorite, mirrored enclosure.
The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving utensils, and completely remodeled bathrooms have the best quality bath products, soaps and lotions. All bedrooms are appointed in the European tradition of freshly laundered duvet covers over fluffy down duvets. Central air conditioning and heating keeps the house comfortable year round.
