It features 5 flat screen TVs, hot tub, heated pool, bocce ball court, fire pit and wood burning BBQ and "Green Eff". The living room encompasses a wall length accordion door that provides a fell of indoor/outdoor living.
The property is ideally located to the Healdsburg square about 10 minutes away and is surrounded by great vineyards and wineries including J, Rodney Strong, Roth, Chalk Hill, etc.
The two upstairs bedrooms have full baths - one with a King overlooking the pond and vineyard; the second bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and bunk bed as well as a trucel bed ideally suited for children.
The MBR suite is very spacious with shower, tub, and adjoining sunroom.
There is also a "guest room" right off the front door, which features a king sized bed with firm foam mattresss, an armoir, dresser and a newly remodeled full bath (with shower).
Internet and wireless WiFi is available throughout the house.
The pool is not heated (yet) but swimmable many months of the year via solar cover.
