The ideal location for a family reunion, multi-family vacation, work retreat, or friends getaway. Highlights include: an enclosed sun porch overlooking the back decks and the River – with three separate seating areas; a large redwood deck with multiple levels, seating and dining areas, and a full-sized hot tub set in a fairy ring of majestic redwoods. Concrete stairs lead directly down to the River with a seasonal concrete dock. There are kayaks, a canoe, and inflatable flotation devices. Located within minutes of town, shopping, and Northwood Golf Club – an Alister MacKenzie designed nine-hole golf course, hiking trails, and the Pacific Ocean. The house has more than 5000 square feet of living area. A wonderful place for group activities, but large enough for everyone to have their own space to relax and enjoy.
