THE BEST SAND BEACH ON THE LAKE IS JUST A FEW STEPS FROM THE CABIN. IT IS 1 BR, WITH QUEEN BED, ONE BUNK BED, AND LR SOFA BED, KITCHEN FULLY FURNISHED FOR A GREAT VACATION IN BEAUTIFUL NORTHERN MINNESOTA WITH INTERNET AND WIFI AND STREAMING TV, AIR CONDITIONING, AND HEAT. I ALSO HAVE 2 PONTOON BOATS FOR RENT. ONE IS A FISHING PONTOON WITH LIVE WELL AND A NEW 2023 YAMAHA 40 H.P AND ONE 22 FT LEISURE PONTOON FOR CRUISING AND RELAXING WITH A 70 HP 4 STROKE ENGINE. I ALSO RENT OUT MY 17 FOOT ALUMACRAFT, WITH 115 YAMAHA TO USE FOR FISHING AS IT HAS LIVE WELLS AND FRONT ELECTRIC TROLLING MOTOR. ALL ARE AVAILABLE TO RENT FOR DIFFERENT RATES AND DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE DAYS AND ON A WEEKLY BASIS. WE HAVE AN INSIDE TOILET, BUT OUTSIDE SHOWER WITH HOT WATER ATTACHED TO THE BATHROOM AS IT IS TOO CLOSE TO LAKE FOR PROPER SETBACKS. ALL LINENS AND TOWELS FURNISHED. OUTDOOR PATIO HAS GAS GRILL, TABLE AND 6 CHAIRS. THERE IS ALSO A FIREPIT WITH FIREWOOD TO BURN. RENTAL MINIMUM IS 3 NIGHTS AND DISCOUNT GIVEN FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. OPEN FOR RENT FROM MAY 18 TO OCTOBER 1 AND THEN CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. REDUCED PONTOON RATES FOR JUNE AND SEPTEMBER. SEE THE BEAUTIFUL FALL FOLIAGE AND DO SOME GREAT FALL FISHING.
