Summary: The check in was great, friendly people at the desk. Had trouble with the key. I left my glasses in the cab or airport and couldn't see the tiny arrow to slot it correctly. They were so good to me before during and after the many times we tried several keys. I stayed overnight and had to leave the next morning to meet my mother so I didn't speak of the key or the wet carpet and musty smell. Someone had left the window open and it rained in. They were gracious and gave me a nice room when I returned. It was also determined that the key card receptacle on the door had a low battery. I didn't see any roaches at all and it was basically clean for a Florida hotel that has seen tropical weather. The breakfast bar was sufficient and coffee and hot tea are available all day. I booked on Expedia and got a great rate and when I had to leave for the airport three days early because of the hurricane I was able to have the balance returned to my card that day.
