Positive: Wonderful hotel with a very large room, spacious bathroom, and well-planned walk in wardrobe.The service was excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Negative: Everything was good, but for a 5-star hotel I was expecting a small complimentary touch such as fresh flowers, fruit, or a welcome gift, which would make the stay feel more special (most hotels in Europe do this) For a 5-star property in such a warm location, the pool seemed quite plain and the sun loungers rather outdated. An upgrade of this area would greatly improve the guest experience.
