This lovely home is on one of the prettiest lots on Loon Lake. The location is private and fishing is good since it is located on the deepest part of the lake. Loon Lake has a hard sand bottom and is excellent for swimming, boating and fishing. There is easy access to the lake from the home and a private dock. You can relax on the deck, fish from the dock or swim. The home is four miles from the town of Vergas, with restaurants and shopping and ten miles from Maplewood State Park for hiking. There is plenty of privacy and you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the lake and nights filled with the sound of Loons. Families and pets are welcome here (there will be an additional nonrefundable $50 deposit per pet per stay). There is a five night minimum stay except if there are a couple days open between rentals.
