Bedroom is decent size, has a queen size bed, comes with a desk for those needing to work from home.

There are three separate houses. Outside patio is shared between three houses. Seating area has a bonfire and BBQ grill or evening entertainment. Laundry room is in a separate building and shared between three houses.

Eaton Canyon hiking trail and Echo mountain hiking trails are less than 10 minutes away for those who loves nature.
Gold line train station that goes to DTLA and across San Gabriel Valley is a mile away. Downtown Los Angeles is 20-30 minutes drive from home.
