Negative: People in room next to us were noisy in wee hours even after reported to office; AC/Heater not fully functional; beds had 'holes' or sagged or were lumpy; mouse seen in breakfast room.

Summary: Days Inn is off our acceptable list, so not inclined to patronize other Wyndham holdings.
