This is a townhome in a peaceful community where people raise their families in and there is a cute playground, swimming pool/jacuzzi, and a tennis court. Walking trails are nearby as well as a train station just literally a 5 minute walk and that train can take you to San Francisco. All aboard Cotati Express station come on in feel at home and of course we’re close to all the Napa Wineries and the Graton Resort and Casino is in Rohnert Park just a 10 min drive(free valet parking).
