Summary: The overall bones of this place are great. Just enough space for a couple or small family.This is in a convenient location for getting to UCSB.On a main road but surprisingly not a super busy road.Nice outdoor space for hanging out, almost private, family lives next door. We did feel it could use a deep clean. I had a hard time with them smell of the laundry detergent on sheets. Pull out bed was broken and not for use. Pull out bed upstairs was a little wonky but functional.Options to have a soft pillow would have been nice.Multiple light bulbs out.Overall it was ok but with some TLC and attention to aesthetic detail it could be a whole lot better.
