3 Bedroom House in West of Twin Peaks, San Francisco
Beautiful, clean, and spacious house with classic San Francisco charm. Second floor of the house with windows everywhere offers neighborhood views to Mount Davidson and natural light. Safe and walkable neighborhood close to major SF highlights. We are located 10 minutes drive to SF downtown and 7 min drive to the beach. The house has 1 large master bedroom with a King bed and 2 smaller bedrooms with comfortable sofa beds. We have a beautiful backyard with lemon and cherry trees. Our place a block away from a large grocery store Mollie Stones, CVS, a bank, barber, pizzeria and a burger place. The house has a small studio attached in the back of the house, that has a tenant. The tenant has its own entrance on the side of the house that's not visible from the main house entrance, the studio is completely independent from the main house but we want to make sure we disclose every detail. We have many amazing restaurants nearby walking distance in neighborhood called West Portal, many different hiking trails are a short walk away from out place so you don't have to drive there. Its a very picturesque area, with many trees and friendly neighbors, and its very safe with plenty of free parking around.
