We would like to welcome you to our newly remodeled, Modern, 1 Bedroom, 1 Full Bathroom, 650 square feet Apartment.
Note! There is 1 flight of stairs and no elevator access to this apartment
There are plenty of large windows in the Living Room, Dining Room and Bedroom, with 2" Faux wood louvers.
This Apartment will sleep 3 with a King size bed and a Sofa/Bed.
A Cot for a 4th person is located in the Bedroom Closet with all bedding on shelf above.
There is also a remote, multi speed fan over the bed and dining table.
The Living/Dining Rooms look out on to the Aqua colored Pool...especially beautiful when lit at night!
The Full Bath has a Tub/Shower with Shower Curtains and a wall mount dispenser which will provide you with Shampoo, Body Wash and Conditioner. A Vanity gives plenty of counter space with a large mirror. A dimmer switch has been added to provide your choice between a bright functioning light or a dim, early morning light...Your choice!
Our building is located near Griffith Park where 3 freeways merge in Glendale. Interstate 5, U.S. Highway 101 and State Route 134. No matter what direction you decide to venture, you are close to an on-ramp.
Enjoy a well maintained Swimming Pool with Beach Towels and 2 lounge chairs, Bench and single seating.
We wanted to be responsible with our pool so we provided 100% Solar Heating but remember...Most of the year, the Solar is more than adequate but if you are visiting us in the winter, the days may reach 80 degrees but the nights are long and cold leaving the water on the cool side.
Hot water for the building is also supplied by Solar but there is no need for worry about lack of hot water here. We have 5 Large Capacity Storage Tanks and a Large backup water heater...Just in Case!
We have a 2nd level deck, overlooking the pool on one side and Floor to ceiling windows on the other side which provides an eating/reading area with a glass table and 4 chairs. There are also 2 bench seats.
There is an on-site Laundry with 2 Washers, 2 Dryers and a folding table.
A covered, under building Parking space is provided with lots of street parking as well.
A Wall Heater and an in-wall Air Conditioner provide for heat and Air Conditioning.
For the enjoyment of the entire family, we have a 55" Smart Television in the Living Room and a 33" Smart TV in the Bedroom with 100 mbps wireless capability.
Our fully equipped Kitchen has a Refrigerator, Flat Top Range, Microwave and a Large Stainless Steel Sink.
Appliances include a Keurig Coffee Maker with pods, a Waffle Maker, Toaster, Blender and all the Cookware and Bakeware you may need to make your own creations!
You will also enjoy our many varieties of teas and sweeteners!
