Master with a private bath and King bed (also has access to a sunporch with a seasonal queen sleeper). Guest room with 2 full beds and a private bath. Guest room with a queen and a community bath. Last room is family room with sleeper and 1/2 bath. Right on M22 with 100 feet of private/sandy beach and within an easy drive of several local golf courses and wineries. Only three miles to downtown Traverse City. Deck off the dining room with gas grill. Private back yard, will be fenced in this spring with fire pit, accessed off the sunroom. Washer/Dryer, internet, 65inch TV with ROKU. There are also kayaks and beach towels and chairs for use on the beach. Beach firepit and Adirondack chairs.
