The house is across the street from the golf course at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. Located 1 block to the beach and 2 blocks to restaurants. Prime location next to both the beach and restaurants. There is easy freeway access, which is a big plus in La Jolla during summer months when summer traffic makes it difficult to access/leave La Jolla. The house is 4600 square feet with each bedroom on a different corner of the house. The rooms all meet at a center garden courtyard w/ 10x10' Jacuzzi Hot Tub outdoors and living room area. Single level layout on a double sized lot with Travertine and Bamboo flooring that keeps the house cool. Walkable neighborhood. Parking for three cars in the driveway, the garage is unavailable for parking.
