Kayadon 2 is a well-equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath unique beach property utilizing an open concept design. Gliding barn doors separate the bedrooms from the living area providing privacy while maintaining an open feel. The front bedroom has a private bath that opens to an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach or simply open the shower door to the outside and experience a shower under the stars! The back bedroom also has a bath entrance but is shared for common use. The living room and kitchen are a great room with an open concept. All furnishings are new with plenty of seating. Kayadon 2 sleeps 4 in beds. The couch is large enough to sleep a 5th person, however it would be cozy. The outside front porch is ideal for people watching and enjoying the weather. There is a side gathering area for relaxing. Parking in the driveway for 1 car and ample street parking.
