Summary: We booked the inn due to location it is walking distance to Ghirardelli square, fisherman’s warf and pier 39.
You can’t really hear your neighbors unless window is open.
The room was clean bed was soft. We had a fridge which was not cold cold but kept things cool so I guess it did its job. There is a shared microwave for each floor. The room does not have air conditioning & the only window capable of letting air in has no screen & wouldn’t close & it’s inconveniently located right next to the door safety lock which I discovered you can stick your hand in to unlock the safety latch which is a MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE!!!
The bathroom was small WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOUR ON THE HEAVIER OR TALL SIDE. I’m fairly thin and only 5’5 and found sitting on the toilet my knees almost touched the wall in front of me. They do provide pumps with body soap shampoo & conditioner in the shower.
The hotel it’s self Rundown at best it looks like their doing minor upgrades, there was water in the stairwell look like water was leaking from a pipe. The elevator says 2000lbs weight limit, when my family of 3 and 2 other people were in the elevator it made the scariest of sounds to hear while moving
some cars are exposed to weather in the garage but it is gated from public.
ISSUE I HAD is the gate can only be opened by staff & they were on lunch when we were coming back for the night no one was there & there’s no key card or code to let yourself in. Parking is $30 a night early parking is $15 extra

Summary: Great central location to the fisherman’s wharf, easy to walk around and see the sights. From desk was accommodating. Comfortable bed and room. Keep in mind it’s an older hotel near the water. Would stay again!

Summary: The hotel is very dated and can use an update. The room was clean and comfortable and it's proximity to the wharfs is a plus.

Summary: There’s no air conditioning, beds rough and not comfortable! Great location in regards to fisherman’s wharf and pier 39 but it’s a very old, outdated hot hotel room. At night it wasn’t horrible but you have to open the windows which can’t have the curtains pulled so less privacy but during the day it’s HOT

Summary: When I check in there was no one I had to wait 15 min for someone to come to the office and open the door
The room didn’t have ac and parking was horrible even tho inoay $30 to park at the hotel also they took $150 for deposit and $45 to be upgraded to a mini suit and they didn’t upgrade us. There were signs in the bathroom about the water temperature changing random in the parking lot there was a huge whole in the ground and there were no towels in the bathroom

Summary: Just a heads up. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE PHOTOS IN APP. The location was the only good thing. Know they will charge you double for saving money using a 3rd party. Parking is TIGHT. You might want to spend a little more and get MUCH NICER. I learned my lesson. The towels are like sand paper, broken curtains, etc.

Summary: This is a simple bed and bath hotel room, good enough to stay for a night and leave. If you are OK with huge roadside noise, beds and sheets that are 20 years old, paper thin walls that can help you hear conversation from next room, bathroom with showers that leaks all time, homeless guys sleeping right outside the hotel building, but you want to stay right in the heart of Fisherman's Warf then this is a good hotel!
