It is with great regret that I announce we will no longer be renting Stinson after April, 2023. The decision has been made to sell the house sometime in May/June, 2023. Refunds should be issued by March 31st, 2023. Unfortunately all refunds must be processed by VRBO and take 7 – 14 days. You can try calling VRBO, but that has been their standard response time for refunds. Any calls to me asking for refunds sooner than 14 days will not be returned.

Stinson Beach, California, is less than an hour away from San Francisco. Think of it, you could be sitting on the beach, your feet in the water, and sand crabs biting at your toes. The house sits directly on the beach with clear views of the ocean and the mountains. Most people come here to simply vegetate in the sun, but there's also, should you be so inclined, hiking in the nearby mountains, walking aimlessly on the beach, or body-surfing in the waves. Rentals run Friday to Friday.
The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom with a king size bed; the back bedroom also with a king sized bed. The third bedroom is behind the living room, accessible via a covered porch,(third bedroom door is right next to living room door) with two single beds. Additionally, the living room has three double beds and a couch in front of the fireplace. There are two bathrooms, one full bath and one three-quarter bath. Three-quarter bath is in the garage, accessible via another covered porch, (about 12 ft distance) The full kitchen has a microwave, coffeemaker, and a refrigerator. Second refrigerator is in the garage.
Extra special feature: NO TELEPHONE! Thing about it, if your boss expects you to be on call during your vacation, you have a legitimate excuse not to call in. If you absolutely have to have a telephone, you can bring your own cell phone or you can use the public phone in town.
