There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a loft – sleeps 4 adults comfortably and the loft has two twin beds. The deck is perfect for enjoying fun in the sun for breakfast/lunch or sitting around the firepit in the evenings with a glass of wine. Enjoy this outdoor living space year-round. There is a tranquil view of the water from the master bedroom which also offers access to the deck, and has a master bathroom.
The updated kitchen is complete with just about anything you will need while away from home. There's a quaint and private courtyard entry. There is a laundry room in the house for those who may wish to do laundry while vacationing. The fabulous location offers easy access to the Channel Islands Harbor, Seabridge Marina and the Ventura Harbor. To complete the waterfront lifestyle there are two kayaks and two paddle boards. You are within minutes from the beach, shopping, restaurants, the farmer's market on Sundays, and Oxnard Park!
