Our Garden Apartment recently received a COMPLETE REMODEL and is only steps away from Lincoln Park & 12 blocks from the U.S. Capitol! The apartment has brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, fireplace, updated bathroom, walk-in-closet, along with an office for those working remotely. Other highlights include a private front porch, central air/heat & a washer/dryer. Guests are welcome to have more than 4 people stay in the apartment, if they’d like. For instance, we’ve had parents with three small children fit comfortably in our apartment when the kiddos stay on the pull out couch, along with our additional queen sized air mattress!
Our Capitol Hill neighborhood is as walkable as it gets! Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more are just a short stroll from our apartment. Parking and metro access are a breeze, as well.
Ample street parking is available on our street (parking pass included) and multiple Metro Stations are also about a 10 or 15 min walk away too.
