The Tower is a unique space in a great neighborhood in Visalia. It is conveniently situated in the heart of the town. A quick drive to downtown Visalia, you'll be close to restaurants, shops, and plenty of things to do. Drive just under an hour to Sequoia National Park. The backyard has a sparkling pool and patio area to enjoy all summer long.
Quaint kitchen, laundry, indoor and outdoor dining, and sliding doors to the pool, this home has it all. Upstairs you'll find spacious bedrooms with extra comfortable beds! Close to the freeway, the convenient location allows for quick travel to the surrounding cities and National Parks. Great value for the price!

Other details to note
The pool is NOT fenced. All swimming and sunbathing are done at your own risk. If you are traveling with children who don’t know how to swim, please keep the doors locked at all times. All children, even those who know how to swim, must be supervised at the pool at all times. This house may not be used to host pool parties, or any other parties, at this time. Pool can be used year-round but it is not heated. This property shares a wall with another listing. It also shares the backyard and pool. If the other listing isn’t rented out (it’s also on Airbnb), then you’ll have the backyard to yourself.
All bedrooms are located upstairs.

House Rules
1. Communication is key! Check-in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 5. Extra guest fee after 2 guests ($20/guest/night)
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, etc.) and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. We'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Be a good neighbor! Please park the correct way on the street and don't block anyone's driveway. Keep quiet hours in mind. Thank you!
