his memorable cottage-style home with a private, enclosed patio is the perfect home base for your trip to La Jolla. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this adorable property offers a peaceful retreat for guests. The cozy studio features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom boasts a bathtub and a hair dryer for your convenience. In the additional living room space, you'll find a mini sofa bed, providing extra comfort for your stay. Though this home is a studio, it has a full kitchen. The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, and a full-size refrigerator perfect for home-made meals. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your La Jolla beach holiday one to remember.
Walk 2 blocks to the beach, Grocery, Liquor Stores, Restaurants, Bars, Salon, massage, etc. It's about a mile to La Jolla cove, downtown LJ or Bird Rock. 2 miles to pacific beach.

The IKEA solsta sofa bed is compact (sofa 54"x31"; bed area 46.5"x80.5"). The bed is bigger than a twin but smaller than a full/double. It sleeps 2 small people. The bed and sofabed are in the same area. There is no separate bedroom, so only book if you are close to those you're traveling with =)
Consider our 2-bedroom cottages next to this one (Villa Serena or Villa Tranquila) if you have 3 or more in your group.
Our humble, rustic cottage is not suited to people with allergies or people who expect a property without wear-and-tear. We want our rentals to be pet-friendly so we do not try to keep them perfect. We use non-toxic/humane pest control which sometimes takes longer to work. In a nutshell, wear and tear, a little fur, and the occasional pest is included in the rental. Thank you for understanding. =)
Pet fee is $15/night per pet and well-trained pets are welcome.
The following canines are not allowed on the property due to our insurance restrictions (which does not make an exception for assistance animals): Akita, Cane Corso, Chow Chows, Dogo Argentino, Pit Bull, Presa Canario (Canary dog), Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and any wild canine or hybrid thereof. No destructive or aggressive animals allowed. Service dogs must be with and under the control of their handler at all times.
