Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Love the location and the atmosphere.

Negative: I encountered a bartender that doesn’t like her job, she did a horrible job making my drink and then tried to fix the existing one by just pouring more alcohol on top. When I received my receipt upon checkout the hotel was trying to charge me the tourism tax and resort fee that was already paid when I paid booking.com and when I expressed this to her she became very rude and said she doesn’t know why it would say that but said she’d waive the fees as a courtesy - she continuously cut me off when speaking and was extremely rude.

Summary: Love the atmosphere and location - but some employees were rude.
