Summary: Love the location, room, amenities, cleanliness, etc. The only problem was that the heater in our room would not stop and Airconditioning was not working, it was a warm day, and even though there were many open rooms, they still gave us that room. We realized this in the middle of the night and didnt have it in us to change the room at that point. They didnt care to follow up and check in with us the next day.
