Seven minute drive to Ventura Beaches and 3 minute bike ride to catch the Ventura/Ojai Bike trail to either the beach or to Ojai. The Mountains to Beach Marathon run by this property. When its foggy at the beach its always sunny in our little Mountain Valley. Its a quiet country setting just minutes from the busy downtown and beach areas.
