Recently remodeled kitchen, with all stainless-steel appliances, has a 48 in. gas range with 6 burners, 1 infrared griddle, and 2 ovens (1 convection) and ample quartz countertops to fulfill all your cooking desires. The kitchen is equipped with all basic amenities i.e Keurig K-cup pod coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, Nutribullet Blender, pots & pans, glasses, plates, utensils, etc.
When it is time to congregate with family and friends to eat, you have options to gather around 2 separate indoor dining areas or outdoor dining area with a large table that seats 10.

Bed & Bath
The master suite has a plush king size bed, ceiling fan and a wall-mounted flat TV. The recently remodeled master bath has a double vanity, toto toilet and a large shower with a rain showerhead.
The three guest bedrooms have queen size beds, ceiling fans, and recessed lighting. One of the guest bedrooms can be converted to a full office upon request. The other 2 recently remodeled bathrooms, one has a tub/shower with glass enclosure, toto toilet and vanity; and the other is a Jack and Jill bathroom that has 2 separate sinks, toto toilet and a large shower area with a bench, hand held and rain showerhead.
The 5th bedroom has a large plush king size bed, ceiling fan and a wall-mounted flat TV. The recently remodeled en-suite bath has a large vanity with sink, toto toilet and a large shower with a rain showerhead.

Outdoor Areas
Low maintenance manicured backyard has a large turf area, mature trees, raised bed gardens and ornamental flowers. The private, resort-like outdoor space has a built-in gas BBQ with a side burner and a large dining table that can accommodate 10 people. Relax by the heated pool and hot tub on the 16'x20' deck area with a large gazebo that creates a spacious lounging area, complete with sectional seating, a large table, night lighting, with view of the entire back yard space. After a swim, you have the option to relax in the shade or lay down in the sun next to the pool, on the chaise lounge chairs. On the other side of the gazebo, there is a large area dedicated to outdoor fire pit with comfortable chairs and next to it a bocce ball court that whole family and friends could enjoy playing.

Other Amenities & Detail
Washer & Dryer: There is a set of washer and dryer downstairs and another set of washer and dryer on the upper level.

HVAC: There are 2 separate heating and cooling systems. Lower level and upper level units can be operated independently with separate NEST thermostats.

Tankless Water Heater: It operates only when there is demand for hot water. Because it is tankless, it provides continuous and endless supply of hot water.

All utilties are Included.

Landscape: it is provided by the homeowner, weekly on Thursdays.

House Cleaning: A professional cleaning crew arrives every other Tuesday and are included in your stay. Daily cleaning products and tools are conveniently located in the downstairs laundry room.

Optional:
Bedroom 4 is set up with a full size bed. If the tenant chooses, we will move the bed out and move the office desk and chair as well as a Peloton upon request*.
