We love this location... quiet setting, but close to it all. Our condo is ideal for two couples and the kids; or for you and all your girlfriends for that weekend away! You will be 10 steps away from the tennis courts, 20 steps away from the indoor pool and hot tub. Walk up to the main road and you have Toski Sands market at your fingertips. Comfort, convenience and clean.

You will enjoy this 1500 square foot, second story condo which features two master suites with king beds. Two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer and dryer. There is a new flat screen tv above the fireplace, along with exceptional WiFi speeds. This condo was updated fall 2012, with continual updates and additions. Completely renovated bathroom in 2018, new stove 2019, new family room furniture 2019, new Master Bed mattress added 2020, new deck 2021. With plans in the work for 2022! Paint has recently been refreshed, carpets and couches are professionally cleaned each rental season.

The loft features two bunk beds, with a full mattress on the bottom, twin on top. Smart TV with cable and DVD player. There is a spiral staircase to access the loft... please see the provided pictures.

You also have access to a one car garage. We have provided a propane grill, blowdryers, iron and ironing board, linens and beach towels are set up and ready for your arrival. A pack 'n play is available and onsite.

All you need to bring is food and drinks. Enjoy!
