The Space:
This is a single-level rental unit in the basement of a duplex. You'll find a living room with dining table, kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub.
There is a hideaway bed in the closet that you can use for an extra person.
Guest Access:
This home is a duplex, so there is a separate rental unit upstairs. You have access to the entire basement unit. The washer and dryer are located in a shared space. Guests in both units have access to the laundry room, but do NOT have access to the other rental unit.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are very close to Sam's Club, Walmart, Hy-Vee grocery store, Waveland Golf Course, Target, and Merle Hay Mall.
Getting Around:
We are very centrally located! You can get to Downtown Des Moines or Jordan Creek Town Center in West Des Moines within 15 minutes.
