-Just to clarify, this house is a duplex. Your space, indoor and out, are entirely private. Only the parking lot is shared. The back house is being used at the moment but they do not have access to the backyard.

***If more than 10 people at any time are found to be on the property, it will be considered as a party/gathering and we will charge a fine that night.
-We charge $250 per day if you would like to heat the pool/hot tub!
-Please keep noise volume/music to a minimum when outdoors. We respect our neighbors!
***Smoking is allowed only OUTSIDE—NO smoking inside the premises!
