This 1950's home has been completely remodeled and updated with designer finishes. This cozy home comfortably sleeps 6 and is great for small families or a romantic couples getaway. There is a large great room with the original stone wood burning fireplace for those cozy desert evenings. The home is on a double lot with a large grass yard for youngsters to play (rare in La Quinta cove) and the dog to run. A beautiful stone waterfall feature will lull you to deep rest and relaxation as you enjoy the beautiful desert days. Two blocks from the Cove Oasis trailheads and the Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Trail where you can walk, jog or ride a bike.
Two bedrooms have brand new comfy memory foam mattresses as well as a Queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa in the Great room - both have brand new memory foam mattresses as well.
There is also an outdoor living area with seating for six, high top bar table, lounge chair and BBQ. The designer kitchen is completely equipped with all necessities including spices and cookware, utensils, and full barware.
