3 Bedroom Cottage in Lake of the Ozarks, Sunrise Beach
It is an excellent location for two couples or older families wanting private cottages. The main house has a private queen bedroom with WIFI TV, a walk-in shower, a washer & dryer, a wood-burning fireplace, a family room, and a dining table overlooking the lake. Floor-to-ceiling windows take in the wildlife, sunsets, and more. The kitchen has everything you need to make excellent meals: drip coffee maker, pans, and dishes. We have a gas grill on the patio. The main cottage has a full-size bed and a Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa. The 2nd cottage is right next door and has a queen bed, a walk-in shower, a full kitchen, a table chair, a sofa with Wi-Fi TV, and many amenities to make excellent meals. We have a cup and drip coffee maker in this cottage. Guests can dock their boat on the side of the dock which has cleats and enjoy swimming off the dock. A nice no-slip ladder is needed to get in/out of the lake. Lily pad on location for guests to enjoy. It is a peaceful hiking area, and fishing is excellent off the dock. Our lakefront cottages are on 10 acres; a nature retreat and fire pit are beautiful ways to make memories and wrap around the deck and covered porch to take wildlife back in the cove. There is a sweet fishing spot off the dock. There is a wet step ladder to get in and out of the lake. We have two kayaks for guests and a paddle boat at no extra cost. Guests love to hike in this area, which has acres of woods and the back of a lovely cove. The owner offers boat rentals to guests.
