All of this AND the home is located less than five minutes from Downtown Overland Park where you can shop and listen to live music, the Woodson really does have it all! In addition to being minutes from downtown OP, you will also be just 10 minutes from Oak Park Shopping District, 15 minutes from Towne Center Plaza and 20 Minutes from the Country Club Plaza! The living room on the first floor offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of natural lighting! A comfortable velvet sofa and additional seating for four! This space is set up to have coffee, tea or wine while catching up with family and friends!

The living room in the basement offers a space to get away and have a movie night! This space includes a large sofa and three additional chairs as well as a huge ottoman and Smart TV. In this space there is also a separate work space if you are on a business trip or needing to catch up on emails!

This home offers three bedrooms and an additional sleeping area in the basement. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a king size bed, Smart TV, an on suite bathroom with a walk in shower! Other features include bedside tables, dresser, Smart TV and closet space. The other two bedrooms are on the main level, one features a queen size bed and the other is a twin that extends into a full size bed. All bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps, overhead lighting and plenty of closet space with luggage racks.. Finally, the fourth sleeping area is in the basement and also features a king size bed and a full size bathroom with a large stand up shower. (The sleeping area is not fully enclosed and is open an entertainment area)

All bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.
