This beautiful, custom built home was finished in Fall 2021. At 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms this home is a modern masterpiece that your group will love.
The statement piece is a black marble staircase in front of floor to ceiling windows for incredible natural light. The kitchen and dining room are perfect for entertaining.
With outdoor dining and an 8 person hot tub you and your guests will enjoy a stay of relaxed luxury.

The space
*** Master Bedroom ***
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a huge en-suite bathroom. From your bed you can enjoy the gas fireplace and 55 inch TV. There's also easy access outside to the hot tub.
The master bathroom has a separate water closet, dual sinks, a large shower, free-standing soaker tub, and large closet.
*** Kitchen and Dining Room ***
As soon as you walk in you'll enter the kitchen, dining room, and living room which are perfect for entertaining your group. The combination of floor incredible windows, the black marble staircase, and a gas fireplace give it a unique feel. It's one big open room that opens up to the outside patio for dining and enjoying the hot tub.
*** Main Floor Bedroom ***
Just off the entry is the main floor bedroom with a double bed. It's relatively small, but has abundant storage.
*** Upstairs ***
Bedroom #3: This second master has a queen size bed, walk in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The windows also give a great view out to the neighborhood.
Bedroom #4: Next is the kids room with a bunk bed and a trundle bed (for 3 total beds). It also includes toys for the kids.
Bedroom #5: This room has a queen size bed with views to the hot tub and back yard. It also has a large closet with plenty of storage.
All the rooms and furniture are professionally designed.
*** Family Room ***
At the end of the hall upstairs is the large, comfortable family room. It features a large balcony with seating, a 65 inch TV, two desks for remote work, a wet bar and wine fridge, and a giant, comfortable sectional.
This is a great place to send the kids while all the adults enjoy socializing downstairs.
*** Garage ***
The oversized 3 car garage has a full game room with ping pong, foosball, and basketball. There's also a 220 plug that you can use for charging your Tesla or other electric car (you'll need to bring the adapter).
*** Yard & Outdoor Kitchen ***
In the backyard you'll find a hot tub that seats 8 people, a large dining table with comfortable chairs, an outdoor kitchen with a sink and grill, and a fire pit.
There are three doors to the backyard: from the garage, the main sliding door in the dining room, and a door from the master bedroom. Just note that the backyard is not fully fenced.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property and yard. We just ask that you are respectful of the neighbors and take good care of this beautiful home.
