Summary: Some positives: Registration clerk and dining room staff were excellent. All the scenic views were incredible! Some negatives: Parking guard was not very welcoming, and when we asked a housekeeper for directions to her room, she was very unfriendly. For dine-in room service, we ordered two items. It took over an hour, and they only brought one of the two items, as one was forgotten. The shampoo dispenser was broken, so we had to unscrew the top to get shampoo. The shower head had low pressure. Expected better, especially for $1700 for one night’s stay.
