Summary: Quirky route 66 motel, which was good to experience. The room was what I expected of a route 66 motel. Loved the vintage furniture mixed with modern touches. Room appeared clean, but after mopping up a spillage I noticed that the tissue was black, the floor was very dirty and our feet became dirty after we showered. Air conditioning unit is very close to the bed and noisy, we were freezing but the weather was too hot to turn it off. The reception was closed on a Tuesday, which I hadn't realised. Phoned the number but no answer, I had not received the email with check in info because I was avoiding roaming charge, which I had to then incur to get our room code. Glad to have the experience of a route 66 motel, but it wasn't for us.

Summary: Very nice little motel on Route 66. If you are looking for a flashback to bygone era, this hotel and area is for you. The staff couldn't have been nicer and accommodating for my family.

Summary: Postcard Motel is SUPER CUTE and a lovely nostalgic journey to when Route 66 was the vacation to take. Completely charming and they made sure to take care of what we needed.
It is close to the Roadkill Cafe and a great place to prepare if you are heading to Havasupai or the Grand Canyon.

Summary: My room was clean and the whole facility was charming. The person in the office was kind, friendly and helpful. I slept very well and we enjoyed walking a historic Route 66 town in the evening. If the idea of a historic roadside motel that has been updated with some basic modern comforts appeals to you, this is your stop.
