Summary: Overall stay went well. Restaurant service once again very slow at the Grille. Even family said you were right - it’s slow like you predicted. 4th floor ice machine broken. Room was very nice and service to grant our upgrade to a family suite for more room for kiddos was well received and accommodated. Good and responsive service. When visiting family in Winona - you are the go to place. Thanks.
