- Checkout Time: Before 10am, prior arrangements must be made for late checkout, if available an additional fee will be assessed, if parties are not checked out by 12:00pm, an additional night stay will be charged.
- House Restrictions: No house parties, No loud music, No events--- NoiseAware are set up at the house and any complaints from authorities will result in automatic checkout and forfeiture of security deposit. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. Disclaimer: Nest video system has been installed at the front/back doors of the house for EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety.
- Equipment: Please do not remove pool vacuum, or fee will be assessed, if there are any issues please feel free to call us.
- Smoking/Drugs: The house has a strict no smoking inside the home and backyard area. If any evidence of smoking or use of illegal substances is detected on the premises, forfeiture of security deposit and additional damages may apply
- Pet Policy: Due to pet allergies of future guests and our cleaners, we have a strict No Pets policy which also extends to No Service Animals
- Children/Minors: Must be accompanied at all times when outside due to the risks posed by the pool. Life jackets and flotation devices are available. Any guests under the age of 18 must be disclosed; guardians must sign an electronic waiver prior to beginning reservation.
- No glass bottles allowed near pool
- No moving of any furniture or decor
- Number of Guests: May not exceed 18 guests, if there are more than 18 guests, it will result in automatic checkout and forfeiture of security deposit. If the number of guests exceed 14, we will ask that every member of your party signs an additional e-waiver.
