Lush tropical gardens surround the large heated pool with cascading water features and provide endless outdoor entertaining spaces with dining and lounging.
The Space
When entering the main home, you are immediately welcomed with a warm atmosphere under the original Cypress wood ceiling and greeted with eye-catching gold fixtures and contemporary furnishing. The space is refreshed with modern furniture and décor throughout. The house is family-friendly and inviting. Each room has its own unique character and luxurious feel. 3 Comfortable bedrooms sit on the 2nd floor with a beautifully upgraded bathroom. The guest apartment sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds, is furnished with modern living areas, and features a full kitchenette and updated bathroom. The estate has a gym and an exquisite outdoor pool deck surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

The Primary Bedroom (Upstairs)

This lovely queen bedroom has a mid-century feel. Enjoy the comfortable navy blue fabric bed which sits on a colorful rug on the rich wood floors. The natural light beams in from the surrounding windows.
3rd Bedroom (Upstairs)

The kitchen is fit for the food fanatic. Newly remodeled kitchen with granite tops and new shaker cabinets. Everything you need to feed your hungry guests. There is a gas range luxury stove and the whole kitchen is fit with gold fixtures. Large double door fridge with pull out freezer and ice maker. Drip filter coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all utensils and dinnerware you need! The kitchen has easy access to the dining area through a doorway and has 2 additional gold counter heigh bar stools sitting at the kitchen counter, with a view through a hutch to the dining room. There is direct access to the outdoor deck from the kitchen and a half bathroom for convenience.
LIVING ROOMS
Upon entering the home, you are greeted by the luxurious living room with 2 lovely off-white contemporary-designed sofas and a modern glass coffee table. The room’s focal point is the original 1950's fireplace with the decorative-framed cage. The whole space is warmed by the impressive original Cypress ceilings and rich wood flooring throughout. A mustard yellow loveseat and accent pattern bucket-style armchair are perfect for reading or relaxing with friends in a luxury setting. The room is finished with a large Matisse print and gold frame shelving with gold accent pieces and books.
FLORIDA ROOM
An additional comfortable seating area lies beside the dining and living rooms. It features a round card table and 4 chairs and 2 mid-century armchairs which face a smart HD TV. A wonderful place to play cards or chess or to relax and read.
THE GUEST APARTMENT
With a private entrance, there is a guest apartment that sits above the gym. This space is perfect for extended family members or business travelers needing some privacy from the main house. It is a fully furnished suite with a bedroom that has 2 queen-sized beds and a desk and chair, a full living room that can seat 4 comfortably on relaxing sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, and an upgraded bathroom with a shower and new modern fixtures. Both the bedroom and living room areas have smart HD TVs for streaming.
THE GYM
Below the guest’s apartment is the gym. This great space has padded flooring, free weights, a yoga mat, an exercise ball, and a large smart TV. It also houses the washer and dryer for the estate. We provide all the detergents you need!
THE OUTDOORS
The outdoors is a resort-style oasis. The inviting pool is surrounded by lush tropical plants and Palm trees. The pool is the highlight of the house, with a gorgeous rock formation cascading water feature. There are two relaxing sun loungers under an umbrella and a large wicker lounging set. This is a magical setting for entertaining family and friends. The main house has a wonderful, covered patio with a large propane BBQ grill and some additional seating.
*The pool may be heated with 24 - 48 hours notice. A resort fee has been added to your booking for use of the pool heater and the house amenities.
