Tahoe Tavern is a one of a kind lakefront townhouse development located in a park like setting on Lake Tahoes West Shore. Once the site of a famous mountain resort, dating back to the 1800’s, the ‘old growth’ forrest and mature grounds surrounding the property are beautifully maintained year round. Six tennis courts (with on-site pro), basket and pickleball courts, olympic size swimming pool, ( dramatically perched above the lake and it’s longest pier (900 ft.), private boat moorings and swimming area are just outside our door.
Once arrived, you can put the car keys away. Tahoe City is a five minute walk down a woodsy path where you will find wonderful restaurants, shopping, boat/kayak rentals and much more. For winter alpine activities Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood are just a few miles away. There’s even a great sledding hill on the property!
This three bedroom, 2.5 bath end unit sits at the top of a grassy, horseshoe shaped meadow and enjoys a sunny location with striking mountain and lake views. Walk out the living room doors, across the lawn and continue down the old stone steps to the end of the pier and you will find yourself in the most breathtaking alpine setting found anywhere on the lake.
